MANILA, Philippines - SM Development Corporation (SMDC) announced recently its first condominium project for this year and the company hopes its central location in Manila's arts and culture hub will appeal to prospective buyers.
Located along Roxas Blvd. in Pasay, the building stands on a 6,028 sq.m. property and will have 2,133 units and 38 storeys. The ground floor will be a retail area and expected completion is last quarter of 2016.
Already within short distance from the Cultural Center of the Philippines and universities along Taft Avenue, Breeze Residences is also expected to attract future owners who want to be near the Entertainment City, the state-owned gaming and entertainment complex. Three more integrated resort projects are expected to follow Solaire Resort and Casino.
“When these projects are completed, Manila could well become the next entertainment giant in the region or even the whole of Asia, just like Macau and Singapore,†said SMDC AVP and Project program director Jan Chavez.
“Fortunately for future Breeze residents, they will have unparalleled access to this emerging leisure hub, in addition to a host of commercial establishments offered by Pasay City and its environs,†Chavez added.
One-bedroom units provide views of the famous Manila Bay sunset and the Makati skyline. Residents will get to enjoy exclusive leisure amenities such as an infinity pool, children’s pool, grand lounge, and a roof garden.
Breeze Residences’ exterior will sport a modern design conceived by architectural firm Asya Design.
Breeze Residences is accessible to Ninoy Aquino International Airport and various public transports.
