A birthday fiesta

MANILA, Philippines - For his birthday, Lucena United Doctors’ Hospital medical director Dr. Jeff Villanueva was treated to a Cinco de Mayo-themed birthday party at the Manila Polo Club. The date is observed in the US as a celebration of Mexican heritage and pride.
