Fashion-forward diplomats take to the runway at Marriott

MANILA, Philippines - Prominent members of the diplomatic community will be participating in the Global Fashion Flair on May 28, a fundraising fashion show to be held at the Marriot Hotel Ballroom, Newport City, Pasay  for the benefit of the philanthropic programs of the International Bazaar Foundation (IBF)-Spouses of Heads of Mission (SHOM). Programs include scholarships for deserving indigent children, financial support for the elderly, and assistance fund for abused and abandoned children.

The Global Fashion Flair show is spearheaded by IBF overall chairperson Gretchen del Rosario, wife of the Secretary of the Department of Foreign Affairs Albert del Rosario and events chairperson Consul General Fortune Aleta Ledesma of Monaco. This fund-raising event is sponsored by Megaworld, Global Alliance, Marriott Hotel Manila, SM Fashion and Kultura Creations, Lexus, Air France/KLM, Smart Infinity, Carlos Chan, DongFeng, 2Go and Franck Provost.
