MANILA, Philippines - Selected guests, company executives and valued clients caught the first glimpse of the grand lifestyle that awaits buyers of the Grand Hyatt Residences Manila, the branded residential component of a P20-billion, two-tower upscale mixed-use development including the Grand Hyatt Hotel Manila, which will rise in the burgeoning business district of Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
The event was led by no less than the top executives of local real estate giant Federal Land together with financial services group Orix Corporation of Japan joint venture partners in Bonifacio Landmark Realty and Dev’t. Corp., the developer of the Grand Hyatt residences and hotel project.
Principals from the main Hyatt Chicago office were also in town to grace the opening of the showroom, located in Federal Land’s flagship estate in Bonifacio Global City dubbed Veritown Fort.
The replete two-level information center and sales gallery “will give you a sneak peek into the address of choice of discerning, well-travelled individuals,†said Alfred V. Ty, president of Federal Land and chairman of Bonifacio Landmark Realty. “It offers a preview of a lifestyle that will be available to discriminating homeowners and investors who appreciate the value and beauty that only the Grand Hyatt brand can offer.â€
The Hyatt experience has indeed endured as a gold standard in the hotel and entertainment industry, especially in the Philippines. Event host Johnny Litton delighted the audience and the Hyatt Chicago bigwigs when he flashed his own Hyatt Gold membership card issued way back in 1971!
Meanwhile, singer Karylle sang popular hits, such as Empire State of Mind, which was a fitting background to the dramatic reveal of the model unit.
The show unit was especially rendered by Florida-based firm Bilkey Llinas. The grandness of its overall design was achieved through a mixture of warm sophisticated colors, luxurious furniture, high-quality fixtures and finishes, and well-selected decor. Some rooms were even graced with beautiful paintings created by previous Metrobank Arts and Design Excellence (MADE) entrants, a fitting synergy with Federal Land’s sister company Metrobank.
The Grand Hyatt Residences is Federal Land’s second foray into internationally branded residential developments, following the success of Marco Polo Residences in Cebu City. The hotel and residential complex will share luxury amenities and unparalleled service that is synonymous with the Grand Hyatt brand. Upon its completion in 2016, it will serve as the anchor development of a mixed-use New York-inspired township.
The Grand Hyatt Residences showroom is located at 8th Avenue, Veritown Fort, Bonifacio Global City. For more information, call 551-1212 and visit www.grandhyattresidencesmanila.com.ph.
