MANILA, Philippines - Ortigas & Co. continues the next construction phase of the P4.8-billion residential tower, Viridian in Greenhills, after recently signing an agreement with D.M. Consunji, Inc. for the tower’s general architectural and structural works.
Viridian is a high-end, 53-story tower that was first introduced to the market in the second quarter 2011. Since then, it has enjoyed brisk sales and continues to attract more homeowners who wish to reside right at the ‘Belly of the Dragon’ or the center of prosperity.
Located at the corner of Connecticut and Missouri streets, the tower constitutes the residential side of a P25-billion redevelopment project that is taking place in the whole of Greenhills Shopping Center.
“With DMCI now onboard, we expect the next phase of construction to be in full swing, in time for our turnover in 2016,†says Joey Santos, general manager of the Real Estate Division, Ortigas & Co.
Each unit of Viridian will have an open combined living, dining, and entertaining area, with high ceiling, built-in bedroom closets, cabinetry, and expansive views of the mountains, the Ortigas skyline, and the Wack Wack Country Club.
A unit’s floor area can range from about 38 to 207 square meters with prices at P6-million to P30-million inclusive of parking.
Ortigas & Co. is the developer behind some of the most loved shopping destinations in the Metro like Greenhills Shopping Center, Tiendesitas at Frontera Verde, and soon, Estancia at Capitol Commons, as well as longstanding residential subdivisions like Valle Verde, the Greenhills Subdivisions, and Greenmeadows.
