Robinsons Malls’‘Let Hope Float’

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - A few weeks before Christmas, several provinces in the Visayas and Mindanao were struck by typhoon Pablo (international name: Bopha) and there are more than one million Filipino families affected and in need of assistance.

To help our fellow Filipinos, Robinsons Malls, through its Let Hope Float project encourages everyone spread love by sharing and giving donations to the victims of the typhoon Pablo.

Robinsons Malls is now accepting donations which will be turned over to the victims. Food donations such as rice, noodles, canned goods, sugar, iodized salts, monggo beans, potable water or medicines like paracetamol, antibiotics, analgesic, oral rehydration salts, multivitamins and medications to treat diarrhea diseases can be dropped at designated areas in participating Robinsons Malls.  Non-food items like woven mats, children’s clothings, blankets, plastic sheets, flashlights and batteries will also be accepted.

Donations may be dropped off at the information booth of the following malls: Robinsons Galleria, Robinsons Place Manila, Robinsons Nova Market, Robinsons Metro East, Robinsons Place Cainta, Robinsons Place Palawan, Robinsons Cybergate Bacolod, Robinsons Fuente, Robinsons Cybergate Cebu, Robinsons Cagayan de Oro, Robinsons Cybergate Davao and Robinsons Place GenSan.

Robinsons Malls personnel will be on hand to receive and list down all donations and an acknowledgement receipt will be provided. Donations are accepted from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. until Dec. 21, Friday.
