DMCI Homes Siena Park Residences ready for occupancy
MANILA, Philippines - The exciting resort-style urban living at the Siena Park Residences has started as initial homebuyers have moved into their home units in the first completed residential building of the new DMCI Homes community in Bicutan, Parañaque City.
The five-story Auburn building, located at the end of the enclave’s main entrance driveway that is connected to the West Service Road, is now ready for occupancy. A number of residents have actually started moving and are enjoying their new homes with the amenity-filled clubhouse that includes a swimming pool.
After Auburn, next in line is the Citrine Building. Constructed starting in January 2011, the building was completed last October and will soon be ready for occupancy by January next year. The other nine buildings and their scheduled turnovers are as follows: the Lilac building will be ready for occupancy by March 2013; Magenta and Indigo by May 2013; Cerise and Olive by July 2013; Plum and Crimson by Sept. 2013 and the rest of the buildings, Lavender and Peach by Nov. 2013.
With its modern contemporary architecture that incorporates green building concepts, the Auburn reflects the relaxing and healthy features of the other 10 residential mid-rise condominiums of Siena Park Residences.
