The last September sale this weekend

- The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Here is the last call for Play & Display’s Great Sale, with 50-percent off on major furniture models of stackable chairs and sofabeds for the last three days of September.

Acrylic or ghost chairs are the latest addition to Play & Display’s collection of trendy stackable chairs. Acrylic material resembles glass in appearance, though the first one is more durable than the latter. Acrylic is also more durable than plastic, but with more class and sophistication. Acrylic is fairly easy to mold into different shapes, that’s why its chair designs are more diverse and exciting and some are tinted with colors to define aesthetic flair.

Aaalish has full rounded back support and comes in elegant colors of black and purple, now priced at P3,500 from its original price of P7,000.

Troy is your popular party and banquet chair (Tiffany for its old wrought iron-heavy version), but with a more contemporary look. It comes in a transparent shade and is now priced at P2,900, from P5,800.

Georgette also comes in clear color, but the design is more majestic, fit for more neo-classical-inspired setting. It is also marked down to P2,900.

Sofa beds are always a wonderful option for impromptu sleepovers with friends or relatives.

Novo is the trendiest leather sofa bed model so far. It has neat white cross-stitching on the black upholstery, giving it a chic appeal. It also has upholstered-lined legs, adding to its modern look. It is now marked down to P11,950 from P23,900 intro price.

Alyanna sofabed comes in cool sand and vanilla colors. Also priced at P11,950, this leather type is very comfortable with its fully compact cushioned upholstery.

Play & Display showroom and stores are located at 205 Edsa-Greenhills (725-3084 and 0922-8872327), third floor, Glorietta 4, Ayala Center (729-6497 and 0922-8872396), ground floor of Alabang Town Center (809-0939 and 0922-8872397).
