Good friends, good food

There’s nothing like catching up with old friends as Warner Brothers Japan president William “Bill” Ireton and yours truly recently got together over a gastronomic feast at the Caruso Ristorante Italiano. The Litton and Ireton families shared stories of times past while indulging in an assortment of antipasti flown in from Italy and other authentic Italian specialties. It was a truly pleasant evening of cherished memories and delectable Italian cuisine. Cheers!

Caruso Ristorante Italiano is located at LRI Building, Bel Air, Makati. For inquiries, call 895-2451.

More shows for ‘Phantom’

Great news! The Guinness Book of World Records’ longest running show, The Phantom of the Opera, recently announced an extension of its Manila production, adding 16 more shows which will run until October 14. Lunchbox Theatrical Productions’ producer James Cundall is elated with the “unbelievable acceptance by the Philippine audience of the show,” prompting them to extend the production. The well-loved musical, adapted from Gaston Leroux’s gothic novel, is presented by Smart Infinity and Citibank in cooperation with Philippine Airlines.
