MANILA, Philippines - Eastwood Richmonde Hotel offers Father’s Day lunch and dinner buffet. Dad can feast on US prime rib and steamed whole fish with ginger coriander sauce. Appetizers include seared tuna emulsion and poached quail egg canapé, asparagus and caramelized Prosciutto wraps; garden-fresh greens, pumpkin soup, pasta, dimsum, tempura & Mongolian barbecue; paella ala marinara, braised beef short ribs in curry coconut sauce, kare-kare; and desserts like ice cream teppanyaki, halo-halo and crepes. Eastwood Café’s Father’s Day Lunch and Dinner Buffet is priced at P1,580 per person.
