MANILA, Philippines - Florabel and Felix restaurants celebrate Mother’s Day as chef Florabel Co serves up a four-course meal for moms. The meal starts with fresh buffalo mozzarella and Baguio tomato tower with mesclun greens and arugula with aged balsamic vinaigrette served with basil soy breadsticks and prawns bisque soup with black pepper croutons. Main course is chicken pizzaola served with white truffle carbonara pasta then finished off with a delectable serving of dark chocolate walnut souffle cake. All moms also get a special token on that day.

Florabel is at The Podium, ADB Avenue, Ortigas. Felix is located at the ground floor, Greenbelt 5.

Jobim made the appetizer, Kyle cooked the main course, and Mika prepared the dessert. The dishes are included in the buffet menu at Circles Event Café.
