Landco's Waterwood Park unveils Savannah Home

MANILA, Philippines - Bulacan residents will be treated to high-end leisure living, as they begin a new life at Landco Pacific’s Waterwood Park. Zuluaga, technical vice president Jose Antonio S. Xerez-Burgos and vice president and SBU head of Luxury Home Communities Gerard C. Marcelo.

Prospective buyers, sellers and business-partners were impressed with the contemporary American inspired architecture including the stylish interiors masterfully executed by designers Ivy and Cynthia Almario. The event also included the awarding of the first 10 buyers of the day. 

The event at Waterwood Park also had fun activities for the whole family. Guests were given an opportunity for an on-site photo session with souvenir shots printed in decorative door hangers. Kids spent the entire afternoon either decorating a miniature version of the model units or going up and down the inflatable slide while their parents inquired about the different units available at Waterwood Park.
