Fond memories of Boracay

OH YES, IT'S JOHNNY! - Johnny Litton -

No matter how many times one has been to the island of Boracay, it never fails to leave one with fonder memories than the last time. Everyone was in agreement during a recent company jaunt with our specially-invited friends to the unparalleled home-away-from-home Regency Lagoon Resort.  Besides its Asian-inspired architecture and luxurious guest rooms with spacious balconies, the resort takes pride in its 1,200-square meter lagoon-swimming pool — the biggest in the island. Besides first-class accommodations, our guests partook of the best in popular resort fare and international cuisine at the Lagoon Cafe. They were also able to enjoy access to the longest beachfront area on the island at Regency Lagoon’s sister hotel, Boracay Regency Beach Resort and Spa. Both hotels are managed by Henann Resorts headed by its dynamic chairman Henry Chusuey. For bookings and reservations, call 353-7777, e-mail manilareservations@regencylagoon.com.ph or visit www.regencylagoon.com.ph.

The Antonio family: Chicco, Chany, celebrator Pinky and husband Abet, Chelsea and Chuckie

A fantastic night for Pinky

The vivacious Pinky Antonio recently marked her natal day with a fabulous celebration at Jill’s in Fort Bonifacio. This inspiring young lady is known for her flourishing restaurant businesses including the Choi Palace Seafood Restaurant in Eastwood and HK Choi Restaurant in Megamall and also for her generosity in supporting various advocacies such as the recently concluded 2nd Gawad Kalinga (GK) Hope Ball at the Peninsula Hotel Manila. Pinky’s supportive husband Abet and loving children Chany, Chuckie, Chelsea and Chicco along with a group of close friends, joined the celebrator in ushering another promising year in her life. The fantastic party had guests enjoying the various delectable dishes, premium wines and superb ’80s music.
