Centris Walk brings in fortune and music
MANILA, Philippines - Centris Walk presents “Fortune and Music: A Celebration of the Year of the Dragon” at Centris Walk tomorrow, Jan. 22 at 10 a.m. with a dragon and lion dance. Enjoy the rhythmic beats to bring good luck with this traditional dance on Chinese New Year’s Eve.
Musical groups will perform all weekends of January. Enjoy the acoustic sound of Mica Caldito, James Torres and Kyle Amor, also called the 3AM band (or 3 Acoustic Men) who will play for the crowd every Friday this month. On Saturdays, listen to Zion, an unlikely and delightful pairing of Meryl, the Little Lady of Soul from GMA 7’s Pinoy Idol, and Zion, MTV’s next big R&B superstar. Together with talented musicians, Gino and Mic, they will entertain the crowd. All bands perform at 7 p.m.
Centris Walk boasts regular attractions for the entire family and young professionals who want to chill out in an expansive space in the heart of Quezon City. For children, there are the Kiddie Carousel and the Kiddie Train. Those who want action-packed activities can try the Bungee Trampoline.
