Alveo launches High Street South
MANILA, Philippines - Alveo Land pulled out one of its many surprises as it left spectators in awe during the recent grand launch of its pioneering urban development project in Bonifacio Global City.
The event, attended by top officials from Ayala Land Inc. (ALI), Alveo Land, and their partners, was highlighted by the grand reveal of a five-minute building projection show that utilized a newly-built building at the new Bonifacio High Street in BGC as its backdrop. It was the country’s first large-scale visual spectacle by a real estate firm, similar to the presentations staged in various parts of the world during New Year celebrations that feature an innovative play on the concept that brought Alveo High Street South to life. Also unveiled during the grand launch was a 14-foot scale model of the High Street South Block.
Dynamism is the key to a more enabled urban experience, which is why Alveo Land is going beyond the standards of modern property development today by reinvigorating the BGC experience in the next 25 years through the introduction of High Street South — a 7.6-hectare-development that will consist of three blocks, stretching from 5th Avenue to 11th Street in BGC.
The rise of High Street South as a cultural district complements BGC’s inherent dynamics and is set to become the pulse of the city.
