The E1 seal is significant because it is proof that a piece it is affixed to is safe for the whole family’s health and does not cause irritations and allergies — something brought about by the use of harmful substances in some medium-density fiberboard furniture pieces by other manufacturers.

“Aside from being safe and healthy for the whole family, SB Furniture is also known for being eco-friendly. All wood panels are from a tree plantation, which is why no natural forest is destroyed every time the brand comes up with a new collection,” de Jesus says.
