Bali Oasis: Investing in peace of mind
MANILA, Philippines - Career Internship Abroad president and CEO Renato Bueno and his wife travel a lot, mostly for business purposes. With their college-age kids left to fend for themselves at home, the Bueno couple thought of ways to ensure the safety of their children.

He also points out that they are just minutes away from malls. “We have so many choices — SM Marikina and the recently opened SM Masinag. Or we could opt for Sta. Lucia East or Robinsons Metro East,” he enumerates.
Another plus factor is the community’s proximity to Cubao, which for him, is a vital spot in Metro Manila.

But she admits Bali Oasis is still her favorite because of its nature-inspired design. “We all love nature. I love the cool, fresh air. It’s very breezy here especially in the afternoons.”
All in all, both Francisco and Bueno are convinced that Bali Oasis is a good buy. “Good design, well-maintained units all rolled in an affordable package from an established developer... Bali Oasis in indeed a wise investment,” says Bueno.
“Considering its features and location, plus it’s carrying the name of a well-known developer, its price is very reasonable,” Francisco says.
