Lessandra offers affordable home choices
MANILA, Philippines - As the largest and most preferred homebuilder in the Philippines, Vista Land is known for providing Filipino families with affordable yet high-quality home choices in the best locations across the country.
Vista Land’s vision is to be able to fulfill the needs of the Filipino homebuyer regardless of his income level — from OFWs to local office workers, from factory employees to entrepreneurs, from balikbayans to retirees.
Lessandra was initially developed as a Camella home series to answer the issue of affordability. Launched in 2007 with two-story, two-bedroom value-priced townhomes, built and designed with efficiencient space planning, it has become Camella’s best-seller shortly after its introduction to the market.
“We recognized that there was a pressing need to meet the strong demand in this particular market segment, so we decided to create the Lessandra series,” says Camella president Jerylle Luz Quismundo. “But we never expected Lessandra to take on a life of its own,” she adds.
Lessandra house and lot packages are from P700,000 to P1.2 million. Homebuyers can choose from a range of home options, from the single detached house and lot Rina and Marga model homes with 40-sq.m. and 46-sq.m., respectively. Or they can opt for the space-efficent townhomes series Reana, 40-sq.m., Margarita, 46-sq.m., and Sandra, 35-sq.m.
What started out as a sound idea has since enabled Vista Land to create another market leader with 37 projects in 18 key cities nationwide — closely following in the footsteps of dominant market leader Camella.
According to Quismundo, it was the market that embraced Lessandra and effectively turned it into a widely recognizable brand.
“This would not have been possible without the Camella brand name — with a proven track record spanning over three decades — initially behind it,” she adds.
Convenience to homebuyers is top priority. Amenities include an entrance gate with 24-hour security, playground and basketball court, mini-purpose hall, and an environment-friendly master plan with garbage recycling program. For added convenience, shuttle coasters also service residents to and from major transport terminals outside Lessandra properties.
Very soon, Vista Land will start building commercial plazas and village centers within its Lessandra developments taking care of the immediate services and needs of its thriving communities nationwide. Homeowners can expect services from convenience stores, water refilling stations, cafes, and even payment centers.
Lessandra’s light-on-the-pocket payment schemes complement the ease of home buying that the company espouses. The low monthly amortization of P3,838 is the key to Lessandra’s affordability. A home and lot package only requires minimum deposit with flexible loan and financing packages available to suit every homebuyer’s budget.
With the widest geographic reach by far among all housing developers, Vista Land intends to leverage its presence in 21 provinces and 48 cities and municipalities around the country to ensure that Lessandra remains at the forefront of the affordable market segment.
Lessandra communities are located in Daang Hari, Imus and Bacoor Cavite; Caloocan; Antipolo; Baliwag and Bulakan in Bulacan; Mexico, Pampanga; Tarlac, Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan, Isabela and Tuguegarao in the North. Lipa and Sto. Tomas, Batangas, Naga, Camarines Sur, Cebu, Iloilo, Bacolod, Davao and Cagayan de Oro in the South. These fully developed communities have easy access to malls, schools, universities, medical centers, churches, work, and entertainment hubs.
With its large, strategically located land bank in the Mega Manila area and provinces, Vista Land believes that the affordable Lessandra brand will be a strong complement to mid-market leader Camella.
“In fact,” says Quismundo, “it is a testament to the success and strength of the Camella name that a new brand has taken root.”
