KL Mosaic boasts fine ARTchitecture

-

Manila, Philippines - “Life is an art, and you are the artist,” a wise man once said.

Vista Residences has created a space where living celebrates its every color and hue: KL Mosaic.

Fronting Legaspi Park and Washington Sycip Park, KL Mosaic is a 32-story building of inspiring architecture that offers a most artful way of living in the heart of the metro.

It is the realization of the partnership of Vista Residences with the Kalaw-Ledesma family to pioneer the concept of “ARTchitecture.” This philosophy is a unique style and method of design and construction where art is integrated into the built environment. At KL Mosaic, the art collection of the Kalaw-Ledesma family serves not only as an inspiration but is incorporated into the overall design and value of the property.

Launched recently is the Biggest Little Room, an amenity offered only at KL Mosaic. The Biggest Little Room is a venue for local artists, both prominent and promising, to conduct shows and art exhibitions. It perfectly complements the art collection of the Kalaw-Ledesma family that will reside in the property, including National Artists Ang Kiukok and Arturo Luz as well as well-known Filipino masters such as Malang.

“The Biggest Little Room is a unique amenity that has never been offered in any residential property in the Philippines. It will hold within its walls valuable pieces of the country’s cultural heritage as well as glimpses of the future of Philippine art. Its integration into the concept of KL Mosaic elevates fine living into an art and raises the value of the property in a way that has never been done before,” said Maribeth C. Tolentino, CEO for vertical development.

KL Mosaic is located along Gamboa St., Legaspi village, Makati City and within walking distance from Greenbelt. Despite sitting on a densely populated area of the central business district, KL Mosaic offers a breathing room from the urban crush. It is a low-density residential condo with less than 200 units for the entire development. It offers a maximum of 12 units per floor with the higher levels offering as low as six units per floor.

Apart from the gallery-museum, it offers a wide range of premier amenities including a swimming pool, fitness gym, daycare center, function halls and a pool deck.

“KL Mosaic is the result of the fusion of a highly developed sense of aesthetics and the innovative architecture, as well as engineering, to create a home that truly speaks of the art of fine living,” shared Red Rosales, marketing division head for Makati. KL Mosaic stands as a testament to art, innovation and value — changing the skyline of Makati and the landscape of the property industry.”
