DMCI Homes launches project in Fairview

-

MANILA, Philippines - DMCI Homes, the property development unit of DM Consunji Inc., recently launched The Redwoods, a resort-inspired condominium project expected to be a major landmark in Fairview, Quezon City.

Florante Ofrecio, DMCI Homes director for sales, said The Redwoods project is a pioneering activity for the company because it is their initial property development salvo in Fairview. “We consider this a new frontier for DMCI Homes in Quezon City.”

Ofrecio said the prospects for The Redwoods are great because Fairview is the booming part of the Quezon City and Bulacan areas and is strategically located along the future site of MRT 7. which will travel from North Avenue to San Jose del Monte, QC.

DMCI Homes is eyeing the middle- class market based in Quezon City, Caloocan and Bulacan as prospective buyers for The Redwoods. “We are optimistic that all units in this two-hectare project will be sold out in one year,” Ofrecio added.

The Redwoods will have a total of 506 units built in five medium-rise buildings. Chi, the first building, will be ready for occupancy in March 2011 while other buildings — Mizu, Kaze, Kaji and Sora — will also be finished in the same year.

In a span of 10 years, DMCI Homes built the most comfortable, resort-type communities for urban dwellers. DMCI Homes is the country’s premier triple A builder-developer that brings serviced, themed communities within reach of urban families who once had limited residential options, but still aspire to achieve a comfortable, enriching quality of life proximate to their place of work.
