Pinoy cherry blossom princess blooms in Tokyo

MANILA, Philippines - Filipino talent once again goes global as Joyce Manguerra participated at the 5th Foreign Classic Traditional Dance Exhibition at the Toyo University. Together with 48 other international delegates, Joyce proved her worth as the Cherry Blossom Princess of the Philippines. Ambassador to Japan Domingo “Jun” Siazon Jr. and his wife Kay were present to support this brilliant young lady’s performance.
