MANILA, Philippines - Every year, Tita Trillo, distributor of the most prestigious and elegant wines, visits Napa Valley and Sonoma which are today’s major sources of top vintage brands of wines such as Baron Philippe de Rothschild (BPDR), Kendall Jackson and Robert Mondavi.
With her love for travelling, fine wines and colorful celebrations, Tita recently flew to France with Casador Realty president Sandie Poblador, Diamond Hotel Philippines president Cecile Ang, and Ms. Mouton Cadet Wines 2010 Elaine Crispy Miles to walk on the red carpet of the Cannes Film Festival in France, one of the oldest and most prestigious film festivals in the world.
With an invitation from Baron Philippe de Rothschild SA, wine diva Tita Trillo and her friends made it to the glittery gathering for the tourist and social film event of the festival called the Marché du Film with famous personalities such as Woody Allen, Naomi Watts, Josh Brolin and Guillaume Canet.
The posh grand-dame of the Croisette, Hotel Martinez served as home to Tita, Sandie, Cecile and Elaine while enjoying the festival and the beauty of Côte d’Azur. Sumptuous feasts plus the best grand cru wines of Rothschild were served during the banquet hosted by Baron Philippe de Rothschild management board chairman Xavier de Eizaguirre who also sat with them for dinner.
