Magnolia blooms in Quezon City
MANILA, Philippines - True to its commitment to provide premium quality, reasonably priced homes for the largely underserved middle-income market, DMCI Homes makes its presence in northern Quezon City with its latest development — Magnolia Place.
This residential community of mid-rise condominium buildings is set amid themed pocket gardens and a landscaped central curvilinear park.
“When completed, 12 five-story buildings laid out in single and double rows will be spread out on more than a three-hectare property, approximately 1.5 hectares of which will be allotted for amenities and open spaces,” DMCI Homes director for sales Florante Ofrecio said.
Magnolia Place recently inaugurated the Wi-Fi enabled Clubhouse, which features a swimming pool, a gym, game room, entertainment room, and function rooms. The ready-for-occupancy (RFO) status of the first two buildings, Liana and Verawood were also announced. All of the units, a choice of two bedrooms and three bedrooms, have their own balcony. Guests and prospective buyers, mostly families with young children, got the chance to view two new model units at the Liana building.
Interior designer Cecile Narvaez did the interior of the three-bedroom model unit. “It’s ideal for a middle class family with an upscale mind-set,” explains Narvaez.
She used simple modern pieces that fit comfortably in the spacious unit, a six-seater dining table for the dining area and a queen-sized bed for the master bedroom. “It was easy to work with the layout of the unit, which was well-planned, with maximum space allocation,” she says.
The buildings also feature DMCI Homes’ trademark of single-loaded corridors and landscaped atriums with central skylight for natural lighting and fresh ventilation. A utility service area for residents’ use is located on the roof deck as well as a covered parking at the lower ground floor.
“We cater to end-users who represent 90 percent of our buyers,” Ofrecio says. “They are looking for a place away from the pressures and chaos of the city yet near enough to their place of work as well as the schools of their children, so that they do not have to suffer stressful traffic in their daily commute,” Ofrecio notes.
Magnolia Place, located along Tandang Sora Ave. in Quezon City, is such a place. It offers a safe and secure community setting for growing families.
