Three designer home options at Crestwood

MANILA, Philippines - Choosing a place to settle one’s family in is a momentous task. It has to be the perfect home, where children can enjoy being kids and the whole family can flourish in a rich, wholesome environment.

While Metro Manila tends to overwhelm its inhabitants with the trappings of city life, The Crestwood at Ayala Westgrove Heights offers fresh breathing space, as well as verdant surroundings and a clear horizon where residents can see not only as far as the panorama of Sta. Rosa, Laguna, but also a future bright with possibility.

Ayala Land Premier recently presented “Hope and Dream,” an event where families were introduced to The Crestwood model homes in a fun-filled Sunday at Ayala Westgrove Heights.

Moms, dads, and kids took the open house as a picnic opportunity. Families strolled around the grounds of The Crestwood, enjoying the cool climate and a tour of each of the model houses, to imagine how it would be living amid the beauty of nature.

The Crestwood is the newest phase of the 400-hectare orchard environment of Ayala Westgrove Heights, a closely-knit community of homes nestled among rolling hills at the heart of Sta. Rosa, Laguna. Developed by Ayala Land Premier, The Crestwood offering is a house-and-lot package, wherein all you have to do is move in. This phase features designer home options by renowned architect Conrad Onglao. Buyers can choose any of three Mediterranean-inspired designs: the Cypress House, Laurel House and Olive House.

Everyone came together as a community to celebrate Sunday Mass, which was held under a billowing white tent set on The Crestwood’s picturesque main street. Taking advantage of the perfect weather, a hearty lunch was catered by Q Bistro, al fresco.

Activities for the whole family were held throughout the day. Kids got dressed up in costumes and posed for souvenir pictures as little athletes, doctors, chefs and princesses at the “Superstars: Live Your Dream” photo shoot held in the Olive House.

The Aspiring Chef’s Corner brought out the next Bobby Flays, Martha Stewarts and Jamie Olivers, where children were given free rein to decorate cupcakes and giant cookies. Over at the Budding Writers’ Workshop, aspiring novelists came up with their first storybooks.

Ayala Westgrove Heights is a nurturing community close to the nation’s best learning institutions: Brent International School, Xavier School, De La Salle Canlubang, St. Scholastica, Ateneo Graduate School and University of Sto. Tomas.

Living among mango orchards and sturdy trees growing in abundance out of Laguna’s fertile soil, families are at liberty to enjoy amenities like the clubhouses, sports center, and kids’ grove.
