Savor the flavors of Greenbelt at the Marketplace
MANILA, Philippines – Ayala Malls, the premier shopping, dining and lifestyle destination, holds the Marketplace at Greenbelt, a special food fair today at Greenbelt 3 Park, Makati City.
The Marketplace at Greenbelt offers a special assortment of viands and desserts from Greenbelt 2 and 3 restaurants. Go on a culinary adventure from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. with delectable dishes from Sentro, Via Mare Oyster Bar, Café Bola, Nuvo, Italianni’s, Masas, Fish & Co., Gourdo’s World Market, Mr. Rockefeller, Casa Armas, Bizu, Cyma, Spicy Fingers, Queens at Bollywood, Marciano’s, Flapjacks, The Red Crab’s Seafood Club, Chimara, Pepato, Texas Smoke ‘Em, Starbucks, and many more.
During the Marketplace at Greenbelt opening, food aficionados flocked to the Greenbelt 3 Park and witnessed some of the country’s celebrated chefs as they showcased their culinary expertise through live, interactive cooking demonstrations hosted by Tablescapes: Life on a Plate chef Bruce Lim.
Chef Margarita Fores of Pepato and Café Bola exhibited fettuccine with three rinds, an al dente dish cooked to perfection.
Texas Smoke ‘Em, The Red Crab’s Seafood Club, and Marciano’s chef Peter Ayson whipped up delightful treats from southern comfort cream, bacon and corn quesadillas with smoked tomato guacamole, and mango chipotle salsa to a biscuit pudding with banana fosters for dessert. Guests also indulged in Greek cuisine like garides saganaki (broiled shrimp, tomatoes and feta cheese) demonstrated by Cyma chef Robby Goco. Guests enjoyed free samplings of the dishes after each cooking demonstration.
Witness other amazing chefs from Greenbelt 2 and 3 merchants on upcoming Saturdays as they share their flair for extraordinary cuisine. Among the featured chefs are Vicky Rose-Pacheco of Sentro, Melissa Sison of Mr. Rockefeller, Ronnie Reyes and Alexander Tanco of Bizu and guest chef Tristan Encarnacion for ELBA Kitchenware and Cookware.
