Upscale living unfolds at Exchange Regency
MANILA, Philippines - Guests trooped to Ortigas Center for the exclusive party celebrating the 42-story landmark project of real estate developer Nobleland Ventures, Inc., represented by the owners, general manager Jonas Senia, and board members of Linton Incorporated, mother company of Nobleland Ventures, Inc.
The model units were styled by Lor Calma Design, Inc. and Asuncion Berenguer, Inc., featuring crisp, uncluttered lines, and cool neutral palettes. Art, style, and versatility were dramatically combined and defined in every unit — the one-bedroom and two-bedroom flats, and the one, two-and three-bedroom loft units.
Clients with their brokers were given a tour by Nobleland Ventures’ construction engineers, who presented a briefing at the actual construction site, including the current progress of excavation work for the foundation and structures. They also updated them on the construction methodologies and safety measures incorporated to ensure the tower’s completion and turnover target in 2011.
