Rebuilding Pampanga from the ashes, literally

-

Globe Asiatique VP for sales and marketing Divine Lee sounded very enthusiastic about it. “We chose to build our Xevera communities in Pampanga because we saw the potential and energy of the province. Also, due to the Mt. Pinatubo eruption in the 1990s and the destruction lahar brought, many residents lost their houses and a number of them have yet to find proper homes. And although activity has normalized over the years, there still remains a big need for housing development in this area.”

With the introduction of Xevera Bacolor last year and the upcoming launch of the new Xevera Mabalacat this year, Globe Asiatique has literally changed the Pampanga landscape, especially in terms of building communities that residents of those areas can afford and be truly proud of.

“We are building communities, not just housing projects,” declares Globe Asiatique president Delfin Lee and father of Divine. “Like Xevera Bacolor before it, Xevera Mabalacat is very much comparable to the high-end subdivisions we see in Makati. This is a high-class development for the middle class.”

Another affordable dream community in the province, Xevera Mabalacat boasts everything families will ever need to go about their everyday lives in comfort: a school, church, town hall, wet and dry market, clubhouse, commercial area, and even a theme amusement park in lieu of the usual playground — all accessible from within its 62-hectare total land area.

The 34-classroom school built in partnership with the E-Media program of ABS-CBN Foundation and Dep-Ed offers quality education for free tuition. Also, there is a church that’s fully air-conditioned, two clubhouses, and a commercial plaza covering seven hectares. These are but a few desirable aspects of Xevera Mabalacat that complement the European-inspired townhomes now ready for occupation. In vision, in scale, and in magnitude, just about everything in Xevera Mabalacat is “grand, “ says Delfin Lee.

Xevera Mabalacat makes owning a home easy with Pag-Ibig Housing Loan. For a loanable amount of P700,000 at the already reduced interest of seven percent payable in 30 years, Delfin Lee says anyone can own a unit at a fixed monthly amortization rate of only P4,927.71.

Xevera Mabalacat is located at Barangay Tabun along McArthur Highway, Mabalacat, Pampanga, just two kilometers away from the Clark Mabalacat gate. For more information, visit www.xeveramabalacat.com or call (045) 323-8000, 0917-8031000, 0922-8031000.
