It's now possible for everyone to live the good life

Last year, Globe Asiatique made a bold declaration: “Xevera Bacolor is going to change the way we live and will be the blueprint for the future projects of our company. It will now be possible for everyone to live the good life.”

Since then, Globe Asiatique president and CEO Delfin Lee’s statement has come true in Bacolor, Pampanga, and is about to resonate even louder in the nearby town of Mabalacat. Hot on the heels of Xevera Bacolor, an affordable dream community that was sold out in a matter of months is Xevera Mabalacat, a similar neighborhood covering a sprawling land area of 62 hectares.

Like Xevera Bacolor before it, Xevera Mabalacat addresses every need: a school, church, town hall, wet and dry market, clubhouse, commercial areas, even an amusement theme park in lieu of the usual playground — all within its premises.

“We at Globe Asiatique are building a community, not just a housing project,” Lee says. “Given its overall quality, Xevera Mabalacat is very much comparable to the well-known, high-end communities in Metro Manila.”

VP for sales and marketing Divine Lee also stresses that in project planning, “the first thing that we at GA think about is the quality of lifestyle we can provide, and not just coming up with nice-looking houses. We take into consideration how our development will affect the clients, the town, and the whole environment. That is why we stretch our responsibilities in providing better service by tying up with the best organizations such as ABS-CBN Foundation and active local government. That way, we are more able to ensure the quality of the school, plaza, town hall and other facilities of Xevera.”

With a 34-classroom school built in partnership with the E-Media program of ABS-CBN Foundation, quality education is assured. The church is fully air-conditioned and two clubhouses are available to all homeowners. The entire commercial plaza covers seven hectares and the general architecture is European-inspired with a touch of romantic Venice. Lee says that the new Xevera is “grander in scale.”

Owning a townhouse unit is affordable and easy to apply for with the Pag-Ibig Housing Loan. For a loanable amount of P 700,000 at the already reduced interest rate of seven percent, payable in 30 years, Lee says anyone can own a unit at a fixed monthly amortization rate of only P 4,927.71.

“The ordinary Filipino deserves a better lifestyle, a higher standard than what his income can usually afford,” Lee points out. “We at Globe Asiatique are doing more to provide a high-class development for the middle class. You cannot find a better subdivision in the country for this price.”
