Century, UCPB top off Grand Soho Makati

-

Top officials of Century Properties and the United Coconut Planters Bank (UCPB), gathered last Nov. 26 for the topping-off ceremonies of their joint-venture project Grand Soho Makati, marking the full completion of the fully-fitted, fully-furnished residential condominium’s building structure from the basement levels up to the 40th floor.

At the ceremonies were Century Properties chairman Jose E.B. Antonio, Century Properties chief operating officer John Victor R. Antonio, Meridien Development Group chief executive officer Ricardo P. Cuerva, Meridien president Rafael G. Yaptinchay, UCPB president Ramon Sy, and UCPB executive vice president Higinio Macadaeg Jr.

In his speech, Sy commended Century Properties for completing all floors of the building ahead of its construction schedule. Antonio added: “This is a milestone for us and for all the residents who will make GSM their future address in Makati. And it is our goal to deliver this to them ahead of schedule.”

Grand Soho Makati’s project completion date is December 2010. It is the first fully-fitted and fully-furnished residential tower with three interior design options in the Philippines, located in the heart of the Makati Golden Triangle fronting H.V. Dela Costa St. in Salcedo Village. GSM is a joint venture project of Century Properties Inc. and United Coconut Planters Bank (UCPB), with construction manager Nova Construction & Development and architects Roger Villarosa and Associates.
