The Supreme to the Extreme Awards at tendees got more than just surprises with the awards and what not —most of them went home with these treats. Here are some of Supreme’s Favorite Things.
The Machiavellian way
While writing this, I am savoring every bite of Machiavelli chocolates by Pinoy master chocolatier Raul Matias, our local version of Willy Wonka who is a sweet man with a passion for chocolate. His keenness for unusual combinations led him to make such delectable bonbons with flavors such as as Mango Lait, Guava Asia, Purple Yam Yum (that’s ube!,) Jasmine Blossom, Ivoire Jack and Lychee Noir. “I want my products (and clients) to be passionate, impulsive, but at the same time practical and pragmatic; sexy and fashionable but at the same time smart and sensible!! I want them to be risk takers. I want them to be worldly. This is why I am not afraid to try and introduce these new recipes!” Raul tells Chocolate Zoom magazine. His chocolates have been the talk of the town since they became the dessert du jour during the Supreme to the Extreme Awards and at the recently concluded Folded and Hung 10th year anniversary show. Okay I have a confession. I have an addiction to Fern C. Yes, that is the secret to our great skin. We swear by it. That night at the Supreme to the Extreme Awards, we gave away 300 Olay travel packs. So that means 300 more people with better skin. Yes, the world can look more beautiful — and youthful.
Jockey of all trades
In select swag bags that Supreme night, we had Jockey carpet sandals. Yes, the brand known for great inner wear also has comfy footwear. Jockey only produces the softest cotton and if you do your research, they really study our anatomies to provide us with the best inner wear humanly possible. Thank you, Jockey, for protecting the family jewels generation after generation.

We are supremely proud of our Supreme baby’s work in Status. Yes, our very own Paolo Lorenzana is the man behind Status, that young cult mag that has been the buzz around streetwear circles. Each month sees the latest from the global and local uptown and downtown scenes filled with sneaks and peaks. Attaboy, Paolo!
Globe Asiatique to the next level
Postcard-perfect images of the present and the future. Supreme gave away gift cards with architectural renderings of Globe Asiatique properties. From the Sky Suites on Edsa to Xevera in Pampanga, these modern monuments will rise high and make their mark in modern history. Make history with words and photos — Lee and Supreme have the same shout out to the world. With postcards that tell stories of “peace, love, sex and rock n’ roll,” freaks and geeks in cool clothes, Lee has been making history with its fly ads, billboards and edgy advertising.
