PASIG CITY — Electronics manufacturer Philips has unveiled a spankin’ new line of MP3 and MP4 players. GoGear is what the line is called. There are six models available, each of them designed for people in motion.
At the top floor of Alchemy, a club right at the Frontera Verde development, Philips presented the media players to an audience of media players. Supreme was in attendance. A quick fashion show was put up, displaying the variety of gadgets. During the event, we heard from Philips Philippines CEO Rico Gonzalez.
“Our products have sense and simplicity,” Rico says. “The GoGear line is designed around the consumers’ needs, so music lovers can enjoy their favorite tunes without sacrificing quality and price.”
The six new players, he says, also add new dimension to the those currently on the market. With features such as changeable covers, FullSound technology, long battery life (up to 27 hours on some models), a 1.5" color screen on the SA3015 unit, and a 1.8" screen on the SA3225 and SA3445 units — the trendy new devices are definitely worth a look.
And with prices that range from P1,590 to P5,790, they may be worth your peso, too.
