Customer satisfaction at its finest

Rarely does customer service satisfaction achieve such heights that the customer is all praises for the store employee. Such was the case when Mrs. C. Carmona encountered Kristine Resurreccion, interior design consultant and product specialist of Federal Design Expo. Carmona was in the pre-construction stage of building her house in Laguna. The friendly interior design consultant made sure that all of Carmona’s needs were met — and then some.

Kristine went the extra mile and not only helped her with the furniture that she needed, she also gave some expert recommendations and advice regarding the toilet fixtures and tile requirements of the house. Kristine even visited the house in Laguna to view the residence and give suggestions. She went so far as to come back several times to ensure that everything was being installed properly. Carmona then outfitted her home with a modular kitchen from MFI, Europe’s No. 1 integrated kitchen retailer and manufacturer, which had its showroom in the store. MFI store supervisor Sherryl Bajacan worked closely with Carmona to ensure that she got her dream kitchen. "I really got my money’s worth with Federal Design Expo — from the free advice to the topnotch after-sales service that I got. We definitely saved a lot of money because of their advice," Carmona says.
