A record-breaking year

Robinsons Land Corporation High Rise Buildings Division (RLC-HRBD) celebrated another successful year of outstanding sales performance with its annual awards night at the Chateau Royale, Nasugbu, Batangas.

Fiscal Year (FY) 2004 was a record-breaking year for RLC-HRBD. There was a big increase in sales production for FY 2004 compared to the previous year, most of which could be attributed to the outstanding sales performance of Fifth Avenue Place and One Gateway Place. Fifth Avenue Place offers affordable lifestyle along millionaire’s row in Bonifacio Global City. Junior and executive one-bedroom units are competitively priced at affordable payment schemes. Meanwhile, One Gateway Place offers the convenience of living in a complete mixed-use community with Robinsons Place Pioneer Mall, and Robinsons Cybergate Center, an office building for IT businesses such as call centers and business process outsourcing companies, are within the vicinity.

The highlight of the event was the recognition of the outstanding sales performers for FY2004. Awards were presented to the top producers led by champion sales director Kim Calinawan, champion sales manager Ma. Roselle Liceralde, and champion account manager Renato Pizarro. Other awards were also given including the 100% Paid-up Sales Awards and top producers of each RLC project such as Fifth Avenue Place in Fort Bonifacio Global City, One Gateway Place in Mandaluyong City, The Adriatico Residences and Robinsons Place Residences in Manila, Galleria Regency in Ortigas and Bloomfields in Novaliches.

Indeed, the event was a well-deserved reward for the hardworking sales staff of RLC-HRBD. It was also high time to cap a bountiful year for RLC-HRBD and look forward for more triumphs ahead.
