The Century Park Hotel has done it again! Another grand celebration was held at the Atrium Lounge of the prestigious hotel a musical, cultural, and fashion extravaganza all rolled into one, entitled "Kasuotang Pangkalayaan." Once again, the Century Park Hotel, under the leadership of hardworking General Manager Paul Gil, showed its mastery of the art of holding events with its outstanding service, colorful decorations, and excellent management of the glitzy affair.
Heartfelt and uplifting Filipino songs and dances were performed by San Fernando Millenium Chorale and the La Union Family Chorale, through the efforts of the tireless and hardworking Mayor Mary Jane Ortega, who also played the part of gracious host when we shot our La Union episode of Oh Yes, Johnnys Back!
As part of the celebration, Century Parks Café in the Park treated guests with "Kapistahan ng Kalayaan," a food festival featuring the rich and exotic flavors of Filipino cuisine. Also on display was an exhibit on hand-made products from different regions of the country.
