Most of Manilas top party faces came in their casual chic wear and enjoyed the night breeze at the al fresco setting. Inside, the mood was intimate and casual without any hint of pretense as guests sat back on plush velvet seats. The buffet table was laden with excellent choices whipped up by consultant Dino Guingona. Food included Vietnamese spring rolls with smoked fish, special Teak hors doeuvres, Thai vegetable salad, grilled mahi mahi with baby scallops sautéed in garlic, and roast chicken in lemon cumin and basil. A variety of wines was presented elegantly in a glass chamber, serving as the restaurants backdrop. With its combination of good food and ambience, Teak Bistro & Bar will be the hottest destination for Manilas celebrities and top personalities.
See you at Teak!
