Man proposes with ring featuring his wisdom tooth
MANILA, Philippines — While engagement rings usually come with a diamond, this girl's engagement ring came with something from her fiancé's mouth.
Lucas Mancoon-Unger proposed to his girlfriend, Carlee Alisan Leifkes, with a ring that has his wisdom tooth, instead of a precious stone.
Reports say that the two came up with the idea a few weeks before the proposal happened, which is why Lucas had his tooth delivered by her father in preparation.
"Marriage is a two-way street, so we both thought we should decide upon it together," Carlee told ABC News.
So incredibly excited to marry my best friend, the man who knows that his wisdom tooth means more to me than a diamond....

Aside from the tooth, lyrics from the song "Dirty Hands," by Black Lips is engraved onto the platinum ring being the tune playing at a music festival in Vancouver where the two met for the first time.
Carlee shared the ring on her Facebook timeline with a caption saying they have never been a "traditional couple," explaining why the wisdom tooth means so much more to her than any other ring. — Alixandra Caole Vila
