Marc Pingris, Danica Sotto enjoy family outing after denying rumored affair with Kim Rodriguez
MANILA, Philippines — After denying cheating rumors, basketball star Marc Pingris spent Holy Week with wife Danica Sotto and their children, and punctuated their vacation with a beach outing.
In his Instagram stories, Marc shared photos of him, Danica and their children enjoying Lingayen Beach.
Marc also shared photos of his family in his hometown, Pangasinan.
Recently, Marc denied cheating allegations with actress Kim Rodriguez.
"Walang katotohanan ang mga lumalabas na balita tungkol sa amin ni Ms. Kim Rodriguez. Walang namamagitan sa aming dalawa gaya ng sinasabi ng ibang tao," Marc said.
"Nakasama ko po si Ms. Kim sa isang basketball event at sa isa pang event noong naging muse siya ng team namin," he added.
Kim also already denied the rumors through her manager Ogie Diaz.
"Tito, hindi po ‘yan totoo,” Kim said as quoted by Ogie.
Ogie asked Kim to clarify the two viral photos. In separate photos of Kim and Marc, both personalities were seen with the staff of a popular French fries store and with Sydney Opera House as the background.
Kim said that she was on her way to Subic with her friends when they stopped by a gasoline station where the snack store was located.
“Hindi po kami magkasama niyan. Kahit itanong niyo po sa girl na 'yan kung magkasama kami ni Marc Pingris or kung pareho niya kaming nakita on that same time, I’m sure alam niya ang totoo," said the actress.
She also refuted the Australia photo with the popular Sydney landmark.
“Ang sabi naman sa akin ni Kim, meron siyang dalawang kaibigan na kasama nu'ng nagbakasyon sila sa Australia. Sabi sa akin ni Kim, 'Anong pakialam ko kung may picture doon si Marc Pingris sa Opera House? Eh, ako din may picture. Lahat naman ng nagpupunta ng Sydney dapat may picture ka daw sa Opera House kaya may picture ako,” she said via Ogie.
