Benefits of soy milk in your diet

MANILA, Philippines - Soy milk is made by soaking soybeans and crushing them with water. Aside from fatty acids, vitamins and minerals, soybeans are relatively high in protein and because of that, they have been dubbed as the “meat of the field.”
