Talk set on healing and protecting the brain without drugs
MANILA, Philippines - In collaboration with La Manille School of Esthetics & Wellness Inc., the Phoenix Group is organizing a symposium entitled “Healing and Protecting the Brain Without Drugs†tomorrow, March 12, 2 to 5 p.m. at the 5th floor, Henry Sy Auditorium, St. Luke’s Medical Center, Rizal Drive corner 32nd Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
The talk will focus on Brain HQ, a drug-free approach to help patients afflicted with neurological problems as well as to help ordinary people improve their memory and concentration skills.
Guest speaker is Dr. Patricio F. Reyes, MD, FAAN; former professor of neurology and neuropathology at the Thomas Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, and one of few board-certified and practicing neurologists and neuropathologists in the United Sates. He will discuss the brain and its anatomical and physiological bases, how and why brain functions improve, as well as how to use Brain HQ to its maximum potential.
Brain HQ is a technique created and modified by Dr. Michael Merzenich, professor emeritus at UCSF, with the help of Dr. Reyes. It is the only proven method of lessening the effects of acquired and hereditary brain diseases such as ADHD, autism, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, and sports-related injuries like concussions and other traumatic brain injuries. This is supported by clinical and experimental evidence and can also help in improving brain function in normal individuals. It is therefore important both in the treatment and prevention of debilitating neurologic ailments.
Since Dr. Reyes and Dr. Merzenich’s collaboration, Phoenix Group has brought Brain HQ to the different places, helping numerous patients by giving them a highly effective and, more importantly, a safe and toxic-free form of therapy.
Tickets are at P800 per participant. Practitioners, patients, relatives of patients, and other interested parties may contact Phoenix Group at 819-5881 or 0917892-2240 for more details.
