Proper breathing leads to longer, healthier life
MANILA, Philippines - Breathing correctly could be the most important factor in having a longer and healthier life as it helps increase your immunity and resistance to infections, improve the quality of your sleep and concentration, provide you with more energy, and counter stress.
“Optimal breathing is the major underlying physiological tool you can use to look good and feel better as you grow older,†says Jac Vidgen, an Australian senior Buteyko practitioner.
Buteyko breathing helps you balance the amount of carbon dioxide levels in your body to move oxygen effectively through the blood to your cells and tissues, which is the key to regeneration and balance in your organs and systems.
