Now cooking: The Healthy Chef Recipe Contest
MANILA, Philippines - Are you ready to showcase your culinary skills? Whip up tasty desserts or nutrient-rich meals and get a free shopping spree at the Philippines’ leading one-stop shop for all-natural products? Healthy Options invites all aspiring chefs to take part in the Healthy Chef Recipe Contest. The contest, ongoing until December 31, is open to students, homemakers, working professionals, and other individuals who can present original recipes using the Bob’s Red Mill quality line including oats, flours, cereals, meals, and mixes for pancakes, soups, breads, cakes, and entrées.
All it takes is some culinary flair plus some food styling skill. Each contest participant simply needs to submit an original Bob’s Red Mill recipe and get a chance to win a shopping spree at Healthy Options. Multiple entries are welcome, but they need to be original.
A contest participant may send in entries that include a valid contest code that the Healthy Options store cashier will give for every purchase of a Bob’s Red Mill item; recipe name and category (breakfast, main entrees, and dessert); cooking procedure; ingredients that include at least two Bob’s Red Mill items; photo of prepared dish together with Bob’s Red Mill ingredients used; and mobile number.
Recipes may be e-mailed to marketing@healthyoptions.com.ph with the subject HEALTHY CHEF RECIPE CONTEST. Qualified recipes will be posted in the Healthy Options Facebook page. A participant will receive an exclusive Healthy Options and Bob’s Red Mill apron. A total of 15 recipes, consisting of five from each category, will be chosen based on the following criteria: 35-percent originality, 35- percent food styling, and 30-percent taste.
In store for the grand prize winner is a whopping P25,000 worth of shopping spree at Healthy Options, plus a recipe cover feature on the next issue of the Healthy Options News Digest. The four runners-up will each receive P10,000 worth of shopping spree at Healthy Options.
