Mandaluyong children's choir wins Thai fest

Manila, Philippines - The newly minted Mandaluyong Children’s Choir, led by its founding music director Sebastian L. Trinidad, came home from the 2012 Asia Cantate International Choral Festival in Phuket, Thailand with the Category Championship in the Equal Open Voices. The lone children’s choir entry also won the gold in Folklore, the silver in the Open Equal Voices, and the silver in the Chamber Choir categories.
