Cancer Support Shop opens at Cardinal Santos Medical Center
MANILA, Philippines - As part of Cardinal Santos Medical Center’s Cancer Institute’s commitment to providing comprehensive patient care, the first Cancer Support Shop in the Philippines is now operational at CSMC.
In partnership with Point of Care Solutions and Confianza, the shop carries Evolife products, which are specifically made to address cancer treatment side effects. Also available at the Cancer Support Shop are breast prosthesis and mastectomy accessories from Confianza.
The CSMC Cancer Institute is a patient and community-centered institution that provides expert and comprehensive management for patients with cancer. The Institute employs a multi-disciplinary, protocol-driven approach using the most advanced diagnostic and chemotherapy units in one area.
The Institute also offers emergency weekend radiation therapy to patients who develop spinal cord compression, super vena cava syndrome, and other oncologic emergencies.
