MANILA, Philippines - Noted cancer specialist and medical writer for The Philippine STAR and Pilipino STAR Ngayon Dr. Tranquilino V. Elicaño Jr. celebrated his birthday recently at the Kalayaan Hall of Club Filipino in Greenhills, San Juan. With him are his wife Yvonne Nite Elicaño and son Tranquilino Rene Elicaño III.
