MANILA, Philippines - Quezon City Mayor Herbert Bautista and Vice Mayor Joy Belmonte lead city officials in the awarding of a QC-sponsored Philhealth card to 20-year-old Ritchelyn Abona, one of 200 pregnant women from Barangays Pansol and Tatalon who have been enrolled by the city government for health insurance coverage as part of a continuing effort to improve the delivery of maternal health care and safe childbirth in the city. Philhealth was represented by Dr. Raul Toquero, NCR Central branch officer-in-charge, and Rolando Gonzales, social insurance office chief.
