These health tips and the latest preventive health guidelines on how to add more years to your life, keep your weight down at a healthy level, reduce the risk of getting cancer are among the topics that will be tackled at the So Easy Life Camp on Saturday, April 30 at the Dusit Thani Manila Hotel in Makati City.
Guest speakers for the half-day seminar are Jackielou Blanco, weight loss expert Cheshire Que, and dietitian/nutritionist Penny Chong who has conducted many life camps around the world. All three agree that exercises and a healthy diet go hand in hand in improving our digestive disorders.
