Nickelodeon's 'scarenival'
MANILA, Philippines - If you’ve seen all things nasty and mean, maybe this Halloween you’d like something slimy and green. A different kind of dare awaits you as Nickelodeon brings Scarenival, a carnival of the kooky and the spooky happening at the Music Hall of SM Mall of Asia on Sunday, Oct. 31 at 3-9 p.m.
To get tickets to the event, visit participating Toy Kingdom and Toy Kingdom Express stores until Oct. 30 and get one free ticket for a minimum purchase of P1,000 worth of toys (inclusive of Halloween items). Each ticket is good for two persons.
It’s a month-long scare-lebration with Nickelodeon as Scarenival game booths and photo walls are mounted at SM Mall of Asia every weekend until Oct. 30. If you want to know your fate, make your way to the (Mis) Fortune Teller photo wall where you can stick your head inside a crystal ball owned by a jumpy gypsy or you may try the Wheel of Fate, where it would look like you’re part of an odd carnival act. And if you want to win fun prizes, try your luck at game booths such as the Skull Cruncher and I Bowl, Eye Ball!
And on Hallow’s Eve, make your way to the Scarenival gates by 3 p.m. Enter the Fun House and see what strange things await you. Be amazed by the mirror maze in the Hall of Mirrors (check your reflection, but don’t forget to double check who is behind you). Watch how your world can turn upside-down in the Topsy Turvy Room. Catch the creepy freak show at the Ghastly Gallery. Enter a room and wonder which among the many exit doors to take and enjoy an eerie and “air-raising” experience. If you can no longer handle the horror, don’t fear because a panic exit door is always near!
