Buteyko helps asthmatic children

MANILA, Philippines – Parents of asthmatic children know how terribly difficult their lives could get when their children have severe asthma attacks, especially in the harsh summer heat aggravated by dust and pollution, among other environmental factors.

But now, parents can breathe easier, having found a long-term relief when their children underwent a clinically-acknowledged safe, fast, and effective treatment with the Buteyko breathing retraining method, which has helped many asthmatics all over the world to safely reduce or eliminate medication.

Buteyko senior practitioner Jac Vidgen says asthmatic children as young as four can learn the technique in the same manner that adults as old as 94 can benefit from correct and proper breathing, which alleviates not only asthma but also hypertension, allergies, emphysema, rhinitis, snoring, sleep and anxiety disorders, and other cardiovascular and respiratory diseases.
