And now, a one-stop shop for health and healing

-

MANILA, Philippines - Tai Chi Wellness Center, a one-stop health shop, aims to promote a healthy Filipino lifestyle by offering skin and wellness products that are herbal-based, non-toxic, and and medically-sound. Customers can also avail themselves of a free massage, blood pressure measurement, product samplings, and health advice from the well-trained health practitioners.

“We see to it that aside from educating our clients of the benefits of our products and their overall well-being, we also encourage them to become self-sustaining and productive citizens by teaching them to sell these items through a very effective business system,” says Kirk Chester Dy, marketing manager of Rhodesian Distributor. “The company owns close to 20 outlets and manufactures most of the products sold in them.”

The kiosks offer the popular Tai Chi pain liniments and rubs, and the first virgin coconut oil-based anti-inflammatory with natural healing ingredients such as chili and ginger, which soothe aches and stimulate blood circulation without harming one’s health. The line also includes a Tai Chi ginger liniment for kids and for sensitive skin with an insect repellant component. There are also the Oilganics all-natural headlice treatment shampoo and conditioner that effectively eradicate head lice, don’t dry the hair, and are safe for daily use; GlutaSilk glutathione soap and lotion with vitamins C and E and grapeseed extract, and oil and herbal natural whitening soaps which whiten and smoothen skin; GlutaPearl natural soap with glutathione in different variants. More, there are the ATHAG herbal teas, healthy drinks that promote overall well-being inside out and come in variants like sambong (eliminates stones and salt in the kidney and bladder), banaba (good for the treatment of UTI and prostate inflammation), lagundi (relieves fever), and tanglad (boosts the immune system).

The Tai Chi Tulong Kabuhayan program aims to uplift Filipinos from poverty and teach them to be financially independent entrepreneurs. “For a minimum purchase of P500 worth of Tai Chi and other products manufactured by Rhodesian Distributor plus a P100-membership fee, members can now avail themselves of a wealth of income opportunities and privileges. We envisioned it as a worthwhile livelihood project that is a response to the economic realities challenging every Filipino, especially during these trying, recession-afflicted times,” says Cherry Dy, Tai Chi brand manager, adding that the program promotes wellness as a way of life and a path to financial independence and success.

The Tai Chi Wellness Centers are found in malls all over the metro such as in Robinsons Metro East and Novaliches, Market!
