Helping kids raise their grades and build skills

-

The rising competitiveness among students in school today probably leaves your children stressed and frustrated. Children need to be equipped with the necessary skills for them to excel. Unfortunately, not every child is given this opportunity. Even if they spend majority of their time learning in the classroom, only a few of them are able to cope with the lessons. As a result, they experience the piling of homework, undesirable marks, and low self-esteem. It is for this reason that parents are forced to address the needs of their children by sending them to tutorial centers. However, not all these centers can truly address these concerns. Seeing this, Tutoring Club was brought to the Philippines two years ago by Rico Bautista. Tutoring Club is a US-franchised center established 20 years ago by Larry Schwartz with the goal of building skills, raising grades, lifting spirits, and changing lives.

What sets Tutoring Club apart from the rest is that the programs are individualized, focusing on the academic skills of the students. With reading, writing, and math as its core programs, Tutoring Club is committed to bringing students to their desired level of knowledge in the shortest amount of time. It also aims to equip children to be eventually independent in doing their school work as they progress in their individual programs.

Center director of the newly opened Katipunan branch, Antoinette Ocampo, says, “My son continues to show positive attitude towards learning. He is currently in the reading program where specific reading skills are developed such as locating the answers, following directions, getting the facts. His progress is updated regularly and it is quite evident from his comprehension of our reading time at home and our conversations that he retains what he has learned so far.”

The school year is soon coming to an end. And as your children anticipate the summer months, the Tutoring Club is busy preparing for the next school year.  Though it normally spends this time enjoying summer activities, this would be the perfect opportunity to invest in your child’s academic growth. Tutoring Club can act as the medium for your child to achieve academic success. It provides supplement programs on reading, writing, and math. Its assessment tools can analyze skill gaps and strengths. It guarantees to improve academic performance in less time.
